半仿生酶法提取银杏总黄酮的工艺筛选及优化【摘要】 目的:筛选提取银杏叶中黄酮的半仿生酶法最佳提取工艺。
方法:以黄酮提取量为指标,先用乙醇回流法、半仿生法,半仿生酶法做实验。
得出半仿生酶法比半仿生提取效果好。
从半仿生酶法中筛选最佳提取工艺,通过单因素试验及响应面分析,考察提取液料液比、提取温度、酶量、提取时间对总黄酮提取量的影响。
得到的半仿生酶法的最佳工艺。
在最佳工艺下通过纯化酶使得提取率进一步提高。

It is concluded that the semi-bionic enzyme method is better than the semi-bionic extraction method. The optimum extraction process was selected from the semi-bionic enzymatic method. Through the single factor test and response surface analysis, the effects of extraction liquid-liquid ratio, extraction temperature, enzyme amount, and extraction time on the extraction amount of total flavonoids were investigated. The resulting semi-biomimetic enzymatic process is the best.
