斜拉杆式高炉热风管系统热机耦合应力分析

【摘要】当前各种产业都或多或少的的要用到高炉,而高炉热风管就是其中一个比较重要的构成,热风管道为高炉送风,长期受到周期性变化的高温影响,是关键且易损部位,可能会发生管道烧红、漏风甚至变形受损,严重影响送风的温度和稳定性,因此,热风管道的结构设计及应力分析就显得尤为重要。本文结合实际应用对热风管道的一些有限元分析研究方法进行比较,并简述拟采用的热机耦合分析应力的优势。

Thermo-mechanical Coupling Stress Analysis of Hot Air Pipe System of Cable-stayed Blast Furnace

[Abstract]The various industries have more or less to use blast furnace, blast furnace hot air pipe is one of the more important, hot blast pipeline is affected by the heat, long-term cyclical changes, is the key and vulnerable parts, may be burning, even pipeline leakage deformation damage, serious impact of air temperature therefore, the structure and stability of hot air pipeline Design and stress analysis is particularly important. This paper compares the practical application of the hot air pipeline of some finite element analysis method, and the coupling to be used in the stress analysis of advantage.
